The NEWARK JUNIOR OPEN GOLF COMPETITION

Wednesday 23rd July 2008

18 Hole Medal

Entry: £8. Strictly limited to 75 entries.

Played to a maximum handicap of 28 for Boys and 36 for Girls. 

(Official CONGU Handicap Certificates will be required)

♦   The Entry Fee must be enclosed with the Entry Form (below).  Cheques to Newark Golf Club.

♦   Please enclose a SAE for a copy of the start times.  Start Sheets will be posted on the web site.

♦   Please allow 30 minutes for registration and report to the starter at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.

♦   The competition will be played according to the R&A  Rules of Golf. 

♦   Competitors should aquaint themselves with the Local Rules.  Decisions of the Tournament Committee shall be final.

♦   Prize Winners are expected to attend the presentation which wil be held following the competition. 

♦   Jacket, Collar and Tie are to be worn by male prize winners.

♦   No Caddies are allowed.

♦   Please follow the appropriate dress standards - which are common to most Golf Clubs.

♦   Please note:  Tailored shorts with knee length socks or white sports socks are acceptable but not for the presentation.
