Gents Invitation Day 2 Entry Form

Entries will only be accepted on an entry form accompanied by the entry fee.
Please keep a copy for your reference 

The competitions are 18 Hole  PAIRS Better Ball Stableford
with two seperate Shotgun Starts at 8.30am and 2pm.

Played to a maximum handicap of 21.  Allowance 7/8ths.
(Active CONGU Handicap Certificates will be required)

Superb Prize Table  -  Entry Fee £16 per couple
The  Prize Presentation will immediately follow each competition

Strictly limited to 84 Pairs overall (Juniors Not Eligible)

1.   The Entry Fee must be enclosed with the Entry Form.  Cheques to Newark Golf Club.
2.   Start Sheets will be posted on the web site and the Club notice boards. 
3.   Please allow 40 minutes for registration; arrive at your allocated tee at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.
4.   The competition will be played according to the R&A  Rules of Golf. 
5.   Competitors should be familiar with the Local Rules.  Decisions of the Tournament Committee shall be final.
6.   Prizes will be presented by the Club Captain following the competition. 
7.   Exceptionally on this occasion the dress code of Jacket, Collar and Tie is not mandatory.
8.   If the competition is abandoned during play no refunds will be given.
9.   The result will stand as at the cessation of play.

Meal Arrangements

A Hot Buffet  will be served following each competition at a cost of  £8.00 per head.
Meals must be pre-booked to guarantee availability.
Please enclose a cheque for £16 payable to Country Club Caterers if you wish to book your meal now.
