EWGA News

The EWGA subscription for 2012 is £8.90. In addition each member pays a subscription to the Ladies Golf Union (LGU) of £2.50 and their county affiliation fee.

EWGA’s services to members include:

Administering the CONGU handicapping system
Rating golf courses and setting the women’s standard scratch score
Offering a wide range of competitions for handicap golfers, including EWGA Medals, PING Fourball Betterball Tournament, Australian Spoons and the English Women’s Golf
La Manga Club Challenge
Running the EWGA website www.englishwomensgolf.org
Producing monthly e-newsletters.
Publishing Ladies Links, a quarterly newsletter sent to clubs
Training England’s most talented golfers and selecting the national teams
Running national championships for all age groups
Managing the EWGA Trust, our charity for girls’ golf
Offering equity and child protection services
Encouraging people of all ages and backgrounds to start and stay in golf.
