While we are a friendly welcoming Club we do ask visitors to adhere to the regulations which are in place at our members' request.
- Gentlemen must wear shirts at all times which are tucked into the waistband.
- No trainers or plimsolls, denim jeans, denim jackets, combat trouser, jogging suits,shell suits (or similar), are allowed.
- Only tailored shorts may be worn. This can inclde shorts with side pockets but no beachware or abbreviated shorts are allowed under any circumstances.
- Gentlemen must wear knee length socks or predominantly white sports socks with shorts. Gentlemen may not wear trainer socks with shorts.
- Caps must not be worn with peaks reversed or trousers tucked into socks.
- Football type shirts, shirts with slogans, or shirts without collars or sleeves are not acceptable.
- Golf wear may be worn in the Spike Bar. Please do not enter the Clubhouse in stocking feet. Sandals may be worn without socks.
- Mobile telephone calls are not to be made or received in the clubhouse, on the front patio or on the golf course, except in the case of emergency.
Note: The club is not responsible for the property or actions (negligent or otherwise ) of members or visitors. It is the responsibility of each person to ensure that he or she is adequately insured for theft or damage to equipment how so ever or where so ever caused and for third party liability.
Health and Safety
Green Staff have PRIORITY on the Golf Course.
Players have a duty of care not to behave in such a way that others may be injured by their actions.
Members, Guests and Visitors are to ensure that it is appropriate to play without endangering the staff.
Under no circumstances must they play to a green if work is in progress in or around the green.
Staff will stand aside when appropriate and signal that play can continue.
Greenstaff have been instructed to report all incidents relating to golfers playing in an inappropriate manner.
