Clubhouse Booking Form

 THIS FORM REQUIRES SIGNATURES SO PLEASE PRINT OFF, COMPLETE & RETURN TO:

Please keep a copy for your reference

  • The organiser of the event must sign the Booking Form to accept the reservation and conditions of booking.  if the organiser is NOT a member of the golf club then the member sponsoring the event must also sign the Booking Form.  The sponsor MUST attend the function.
  • It is the organiser/sponsor's responsibility to ensure all members of the party abide by the current rules and dress code of Newark Golf Club.
  • The club's normal licensing hours will apply: i.e. the bar will close at midnight.
  • The room hire charge is included with the catering charge.
  • Catering arrangements must be made with the Clubhouse Manager, Philip Maxwell.

1.  As the organiser and sponsor of the above booking we accept the reservation and conditions of the booking and the responsibility for informing all members of the group.  We will ensure that the party abides by the current rules and dress code of Newark Golf Club. 
2.  We will also ensure that guests do not use mobile telephones in the clubhouse and follow appropriate dress standards that are common to golf clubs i.e. no hats in the clubhouse; no football shirts, shirts without collars or sleeves,denim jeans or jackets; no combat style trousers,jogging suits, shell suits or similar; no trainers or plimsolls.
3.  We fully understand that any damage caused by invited guests is the responsibity of the organiser and sponsor and will reimburse the golf club accordingly and that children will be kept under control at all times. 
4.  Guests will be informed that Health and Safety regulations require that there must be no encroachment onto the golf course by visitors and that this particularly includes the putting green in front of the clubhouse, the bunker and 18th green areas to the side of the clubhouse and the practice ground opposite the car park.
